Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy - Wednesday Evenings
This VIRTUAL 8-week program is evidence-based and experiential. It combines mindfulness practices with principles from cognitive therapy to teach new ways of relating to the thoughts, feelings, and body sensations that contribute to depression, anxiety, and other chronic conditions. This group is for anyone who wants to shift their experience, regardless of whether or not you have a diagnosis or history with depression and anxiety. This group is non-clinical, so is open to participants in any location.
Meditate during each class and practice honing attention
Learn how to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into everyday life
Stop living your life on autopilot
Learn to respond to stressful situations with awareness and choice
Learn more from the MBCT co-founder Zindel Segal at TEDxUTSC
*Participation in this group will not constitute a client/therapist relationship. Superbills will not be provided.
